Single Organ Platform
MIVO® SINGLE FLOW
The MIVO® Single Flow configuration features an interfacing tissue that separates the donor and receiver chambers.
While the fluid flows in the receiver chamber at a capillary velocity, the biological environment remains static in the donor chamber.
MIVO® DOUBLE FLOW
The MIVO® Double Flow configuration features the ability to flow fluid both in the apical and basal chambers, allowing for the full management of different culture media under controlled conditions such as flow rate, pH, and metabolic concentrations.
MIVO® BARRIER
The MIVO® Barrier configuration is designed specifically for studying epithelial barriers, featuring a separation membrane that creates two compartments for the donor and receiver chambers.

MIVO® MULTI ORGAN
You can set up a Multi-organ configuration connecting two or more single flow chambers, with the possibility to retrieve medium among the chambers by using the 3way valve.
MIVO® MULTI ORGAN
You can set up a Multi-organ configuration connecting a single flow chamber connected with the apical chamber of a double flow one.

You can create your own set-up connecting up to 8 chambers together as per your specific research goals.
